Attitude is everything at Anniston Elementary! This year's academic theme is "Work Hard to Celebrate Hard!" After a very successful school year in 2009-10, parents, students and teachers are committed to excelling in every area of our school.
The reading celebrations are an excellent way for our tigers to explore books and expand their reading horizons. Every nine weeks, we celebrate reading through fun filled afternoons. Want to help with these fun celebrations? Join PTA to find out! The Anniston PTA is vital to our continued success.
There are other unique ways our tigers celebrate their successes.....Going for the Gold, Honor Roll Parties, Perfect Attendance prizes and MCT2 Celebrations keep our tigers motivated throughout the school year.
Has your child explain the ROAR tickets? Just one of the ways the Anniston Staff acknowledges tigers that show manners, responsibility and hard work.
Looking to improve your child's health while earning money for Anniston Elementary? Look for updates on our Fun Run held in October. The Black and Gold theme will keep our students motivated to walk the miles they need to earn money from pledges parents, friends, family and neighbors make in September.
