Week of February 20-24
Last updated February 22nd, 2012 at 11:04 a.m..This week we are studying Chapter 14, Texas the New State.
We are taking time to understand the state and federal governments and how they are separate, but alike at the same time. This is a hard concept for some. We are coming off learning about setting up a constitution and government for the Republic of Texas. I hope to give them a better understanding of State and Federal government as we study this chapter. We will test sometime next week, probably Wednesday. Ask your student if they have homework, which will be worksheets not completed in class.
