Kindergaten is finishing up their year with a design unit. They are learning about the various ways artwork can be structured: symmetrically, asymmetrically, and with radial symmetry. We have made African inspired masks, and firework drawings, and will soon be creating a Native American inspired mask called a "False Face" mask.
