Making Music Happen
Second grade is off to a great start in music. We are concentrating on lot on tone production and action songs. The skills we are focusing on are as follows:
1. watching the conductor
2. looking for patterns
3. steady beat
4. following signals
5. listening to your voice and those around you
So far the classes have played drums, scrapers and shakers. Come and visit your child's music class. 2nd grade music time is at 10:30.
