Thursday: Competency 9b: The student will explain the classification scheme used in Botany.
Method: Lecture/Notesheet
Students will construct a poster displaying the 6 Kingdoms. They will use magazines to cut pictures out representing the Kingdoms. Posters will be displayed in the hall.
Friday: Competency 3b: The students will discuss the impact of the timber industry on the local and national economy
Method: GUEST SPEAKER: Christy Gregory will speak to the classes on the logging industry.
