CLASSROOM DISCIPLINE PLAN
MRS. MCWRIGHT
In order for each and every student to possibly obtain maximum knowledge, they must be in an environment conducive to learning. So that we create such an environment I am asking parents to read and review with your child the following rules and consequences. Please sign and return. Failure to turn in a written assignment the next day will result in movement to the next step.
RULES:
- Students must be seated before the tardy bell.
- Follow all directions given by teacher.
- Bring all necessary materials to class.
- Sharpen pencils before class begins.
- Do not disrupt other students.
CONSEQUENCES:
1st offense reminder
2nd offense warning
3rd offense behavior reflection assignment ,parent
must sign
4th offense call to parent and conference to discuss behavior modification
5th offense referral to office
SEVERE CLAUSE: SEND TO OFFICEStudents choosing to create severe disruptions will be referred to an administrator.
REWARDS:
- Drop lowest daily grade per unit.
- Positive note/phone call home.
