Job Description
For the second consecutive year, I am the Sped LSC here at Bayou View Middle School. I am also the inclusion teacher for Special Education 8th grade students here at Bayou View Middle School. My job requires me to visit several different classes throughout each period to help my students, as well as other students, with assignments. I am there to assist the teachers in any way that I can to help the students understand the material that is being taught. I am there to help students with test as well as projects that may require me to give them one on one interaction outside of the regular setting.
As the LSC, it is my job to oversee my fellow special ed teachers and be there for them whenever they need assistance with students, paperwork, parents, etc. I am in charge of keeping the staff as well as the students motivated to succeed in everything they do on a daily basis.
