About The Teacher
My name is Christie Cargill Capps and this is my fifth year teaching at Central Elementary. I graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi where I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education with concentrations in reading and English.
I moved to Gulfport just five years ago and began my teaching career with the Gulfport School District. I am happily married to my wonderful husband Jeff. We have two dogs both part Chihuahua part Jack Russell named Toby Capps and Bell Capps.
