New members for the Student Advisory will be decided in May. Classes 3rd - 5th will be asked to submit an essay on leadership skills. A panel of judges will read the essays and determine which child exhibits leadship skill knowledge through his/her essay. The students will be asked to use a secret number on their essay so that the judges don't know who wrote the essay. Students who are chosen will be asked to be on the Student Advisory Team for next year. I will post new members as soon as they are chosen.

Meetings will be from 3:30-4:15. Sometimes they are shorter, it depends on what projects we are doing. Also, there may be some extra meetings if we have a special project we are doing. I always send a note with the child the day or two before, so that they are aware of the meeting and they can let their parents know.
