       The Mississippi Department of Education (MDE) has

established a minimum requirement of skills to be taught in each

grade level and subject.  Click on the link below to view the

       The MDE has established a set of descriptors which describe

what students should be able to do at each level.  This coincides

with the levels used for state testing (MCT2).  Click on the link

below to learn what is required for each skill's level.
