Olentangy Bike Path

Use in conjunction with a downtown visit and you just saved $1-$15 on parking!

This is a 10 foot wide paved path that starts at Hills Market in Worthing ton and follows the Olentangy River south for about 15 miles ending near the Audobaon Center on Whittier.

Tuttle Park Rec Center

There is a full court indoor gym, 2 multi pupose fitness rooms, a pottery and craft room, an outdoor roller hockey arena, and playground. It is on teh bikepath between the softball fields and the swimming pool.

Classes are offered for all ages. Most are for children. Most are FREE.

Not all class are althletic.

Pottery is a popular class.

Tuttle Pool

This outdoor pool has 3 sections: a shallow end, a middle section that is 2.5 to 4.5 feet deep, and an olympic sized lap pool. There is also a kiddie pool and a shelter house.

Open swim requires 2 quarters and a rec and park leisure card (you can get it next door at Tuttle Rec. for a $1 - good for one year)

 

Swimming lessons are FREE.

Summer 2008 Hours Monday thru Sunday 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Whetstone Rec Center

Offers similar classes as Tuttle but usually carry a fee of $20 - $30.

Located adjacent to the Library. 

Columbus Aquatic Center

Since Tuttle pool has a limited scedule you will need to use Columbus' only indoor pool in the off season.
