Extra Credit
Extra credit is always available each nine weeks for all of my classes. The following is a list of items the students can complete.
1. Film Analysis: students can pick a film from the timeperiod or chapter we are currently in and complete an analysis worksheet. (Ex: U.S. History-"The Patriot", "Last of the Mohicans"/ Sociology- different cultures (National Geographic). See Ms. Boyer for the worksheet.
2. Book report: Pick a person, invention, or event in the timeperiod or chapter we
are currently in and complete a 1-2 pg. typed paper discribing the importance of
the topic to our class.
3. Magazine/Newspaper Article: (Sociology) staple the article to a 1-2 page typed
paper discribing the article and how it relates to what we are currently studying.
