Monday and Tuesday--Review for test on Wednesday, the 22nd.  Students have study guides, notes, and worksheets to study.

Wednesday--Test covering A16-A33.

Thursday and Friday--Research body systems in class.  Complete folder on the systems.

Oct. 4-8, 2010

Mon.  Introduce The Five Kingdoms.  Define vocabulary A38.  Add symbiosis.  Bring pictures of examples of the kingdoms, if you can.

Tues.  Watch Biology4Kids slide show  about The Five Kingdoms.

Wed.-Fri. Read A38-A41.  Lesson Review p. A41.  Worksheets on The Five Kingdoms.

Oct. 18-22

Learn the chart of "The Five Kingdoms" on A39.  Test on Thursday.

Mon.-Vocab. p. A44.

Tues.-Daily Science is due Fri.  Complete the Graphic Organizer for Lessons 1 and 2. Answer the checked questions on pages 45 and 47.

Wed.-Complete the worksheet "How do Scientists Classify Living Things?"  Answer the questions on p. A47.

Thurs.-Test on "The Five Kingdoms".  Finish worksheet "Compare and Contrast Vertebrates and Invertebrates" and "How are Vertebrates Classified?"
