The FCS grading scale is the same as for other classes-40% Tests/Projects/Performance Tasks,40%-Quizzes/daily grades/final test, 20%- signed contract/information sheet/participation.
The strike system is followed. Gum is not allowed and students will be given detention for chewing gum. Detention is also assigned for students who refuse to cooperate with a substitute teacher and for the receipt of three strikes in my class.
When a student is absent, they will need to make arrangements to make up any work they missed on the modules at a time when their partner is not in class to work on their module in order to avoid delay in students completing work. Failure to complete missed work or work assigned in a module will result in a grade reduction.
