I am looking forward to teaching and mentoring your child this school year. I am thrilled to be looping with many of my 7th graders as 8th graders. I check email several time a day- please contact me if you have any questions/concerns about your child throughout the year. You are more than welcome to drop by before/after school. If possible let me know ahead to time. I encourage you and your child to periodically log into PowerSchool to monitor progress.
Please purchase these items ASAP. We will need them by FRIDAY. Please have your child talk to me if he/she need help acquiring the supplies.
1. Hardcover composition Book ( heavy weight cover. 9-3/4" x 7-1/2). OR
70-100sheet 1-subject spiral notebook.
NOTE: you will need three for the year
2. black/blue pens/pencils
3. Lined paper
4. Scotch tape (a must)
Donation items for the classroom (please contribute any optional items if you can. We really need them). Anything you can donate is greatly appreciated by our students.
1. 3-6 rolls of scotch tape (a really necessity)
2 . $10, $20,$50, ++ (any amount goes towards labs.. Requesting min
$10/student). If you can contribute more- thank you! We love labs
3. 1box of colored markers (8 count)
4. 1 box of colored pencils (12/box)
5. 1 box of tissues (students will use them during the cold/flu season)
6. 1 container of hand sanitizer (refill bottle - students are encouraged to wash
hands)
7. Two- four paper towel rolls (like Bounty)
