Vocab tests
Each Monday, your child will be given age appropriate vocabulary which they will be tested on each Friday. They will have work to do with each of these during the week. It is their responsibility to do the work required. On Fridays before they take their test, they will turn in the work for a daily homework grade. Each of these vocabulary tests will count as a daily grade and they will receive one drop grade each nine weeks. Ask your students weekly if they are doing their vocabulary and if you see their grades declining in this area, quiz them on their words on Thursday nights.
