Information about the books
Each nine weeks, your child will be responsible for reading one assigned book. These books may be bought through me from Novels 101 at a group rate. It is of extreme importance that your child follow the reading calendar they will be given because they will take tests on assigned reading pages every other Friday. These tests will count as daily grades and can really affect your child’s grade if they do poorly. The books for this year are as follows: 1st nine weeks – Tuesdays with Morrie; 2nd nine weeks – Speak; 3rd nine weeks – To Kill a Mockingbird; 4th nine weeks – The Man who Loved Clowns
