My make up work policy
If your child misses my class, they will most likely have make-up work from that day. It is THEIR responsibility to make up the assignments they miss. There is a folder of the work done that day in my black stacker that is updated at the end of each class period. When your child returns to school, they are to check that notebook to find out what we did the day(s) they missed. All make up worksheets or tests will be marked with a date that it must be completed by. Your student will have until the following Friday from the day they missed to make up their work. If that work is left incomplete, they will receive a 0 in the grade book and will be unable to redo that work. If your child misses the day prior to a test, they will still have to take the test with their class on the day they return.
