Meet Mrs. August
I have been teaching since 1996. I have a Master's Degree in Elementary Education as well as my National Board Certification. I have taught almost every grade level: first, second, third, and fourth. I have also managed a pre-school. Teaching has always been my dream since I was a little girl. I enjoy the challenges and helping students achieve.
I have been married for 17 years (this December) to a wonderful husband, Jeff. He always volunteers his time to get special things for the classroom and supports my dreams. I also have 3 wonderful children: Meghan (14), Victoria (9), and Matthew (7).
Some things that I enjoy are reading, scrapbooking, riding bikes, camping, and swimming.
