How You Should Act in Class
Conduct Policy:
All rules and procedures must be adhered to at all times.
Each incident that disrupts the learning environment of the class will result in a lowering of the conduct grade and a phone call home.
- No one is to talk out of turn.
- No one is to yell in class.
- Your speech should be dignified, kind, and polite.
- You must respect each other’s property and person.
- You do not touch another person for any reason.
Our class will function as a unit. It is your responsibility to the overall success of the class to be engaged and participating for the full class period. (Pay attention and have fun doing the work.)
Part of your responsibility to your educational success is to be in school every day. Of course we all get sick on occasion. However, I expect nearly perfect attendance from everyone. When you are absent, you must bring in an excused note from your parent. Without this you will not be able to make up the home learning assignment.
