We had a good week this week! Our math and reading tests went fairly well. We are working hard on our details in reading. We will begin our new differentiation groups after Thanksgiving week. We are going to work hard on retelling and comprehension. In math we will begin mental math for subtraction. Check it out online at the Pearson website listed on the weblinks.
We will be having a science test next Tuesday. Then we will begin Social Studies again for a while.

Hello! Nov 30th
Welcome back!! Thanks to all the families who did some reading over the break!! Those non-fiction books are just flying off the shelves!! We are trying to take at least 3 non-fiction tests before Christmas vacation.
We will be having a math test on Wednesday. I will put a practice test on the pearsonsuccessnet.com today sometime. Go ahead and give it a try.
Some parents were asking about the Christmas program. The date will be December 21st at 7:00 at the Breck High School. As far as what to wear, Mrs. Manning said wear something nice, but comfortable. They will have many actions along with the songs. She said to be careful of tummies sticking out. They will be raising their hands above their head a lot. I can't wait to see it! They have been practicing already and it will be great. I think they will be sending a note out soon with more details!
