We are up and running and ready to start our first week of this year's Math and Language Arts rotations. Your child will be placed in their correct level of Math and Language Arts class according to the assessment given last week.
Scholastic Book Order: I sent home a Scholastic Book order form. Please look through it and take advantage of Scholastics inexpensive books to enjoy as a family and to help further your child's reading level. I will be sending home these forms once a month. September's order form is due on September 15, 2010. Please send book order with payment in check form only. Thank you!
Important Information Packets: Some of your children were sent home important information packets from the office. Please fill out these forms as soon as possible and return. Thanks!
Fundraiser: The first fundraiser is underway! We are raising money for field trips this year. All the money is due by September 21st. Once the money is turned in we will give you the coupon books sold to deliver to your buyers. Thank you for your help in supporting our school!
Family Project: The first project is due on September 29th. The topic is "Family." Please explore the examples sent home or create your own. Presentations will be held on Septermber 30th and October 1st. I will be sending home a notice letting you know when your child's presentation will be so parents can attend.
