Picture proofs go home Sept. 17. Orders are due Sept. 30 (checks should be made out to Lifetouch).
Sept. 23 is the day for make-up pictures. This is for those that were absent on the original picture day.
PTO membership drive is going on now. A letter was sent home Sept. 1, 2009.
1. Get a good night's sleep (don't stay up late).
2. Eat breakfast every morning at home or at school.
3. Know how you are getting home from school before you leave home in the morning.
4. Keep up with after school activities and when they are dismissed.
5. Set a homework time (after snack, 30 minutes after getting home).
6. Place your homework in the same place everyday ( in the pocket of the folder for that particular class, a homework folder; not in your book- it will fall out.)
7. Place all needed materails for school by the door the night before in order to avoid searching in the mornings.
8. Fill out your agenda daily, and have your parents check it daily.
9. Know your social security number.
10. If you are absent, bring a doctor's excuse/note from home the next day you are back at school.
11. Only miss school if it is absolutely necessary.
12. Turn in library books on time to avoid fines.
13. Cover textbooks to avoid damage fees.
14. Do not wait until the last miute to do anything ( projects/study for a test).
