Our Physical Education classes are winding down from Presidential Challenge and 1st - 4th grade Track & Field. We have focused a lot of energy on being a positive team player. Each student should have a clear understanding of what is expected as a player for our P.E. classes.
Elements of Physical Health
- Keep fit by getting regular exercise.
- Eat a well-balanced diet.
- Maintain your ideal weight.
- Practice good grooming habits.
- Get plenty of rest.
