OWTS DAILY SPORT SCHEDULE-

NOTE NEW DATE & FUNDRAISER INFORMATION

To the OWTS Athletic Family:

We are having our annual pie sale for the next two weeks, and they will be delivered in time for the Christmas Holiday Season and New Years.

This fundraiser is important due to the budget cuts that we are all facing. The proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to pay for field paint for boys and girls soccer ($600 a year), field paint for football ($900 a year), the generator to use for senior nights to run the PA, announcements, and the baseball and softball pitching machine ($450)

This is also used to pay for tournament fees for all sports (about $100 to $200 per sport team), and also paid for the baseball field clay, gym floor cleaning supplies, certificates, and trophies.

As you can see, this account is important to us and the existance of our sport program, so we appreciate your help and support.

At Oliver Wolcott, we do not have a pay to play program, but have a fund raise to play program.

The winter sports banquet will be on next THURS, 11/19/09 in the school café at 6:30pm for all fall sports.

The following teams will bring the following items:

Girls Cross Country – bread / butter/margarine and a two liter bottle of soda

Boys Cross Country – Salad for 10 to 15 people and a two liter bottle of soda

Girls and Boys Soccer – main course meal for 10 to 15 people and a two liter bottle of soda

JV & Varsity Girls Volleyball – main course meal for 10 to 15 people and a two liter bottle of soda

Freshman Girls Volleyball – dessert for 10 to 15 people and a two liter bottle of soda
