What is a Speech-Langugage Patholgist?
A Speech-Language Pathologist is a person who works with individuals with communication and/or language disorders. A Speech Language Pathologist is not limited to just working in the school setting they are also qualified to work in a medical setting as well, however my area of expertise is within the school setting. I worked with students from 3 to 14 years of age providing speech and language therapy to remediate deficit areas found through formal evaluations.
