Classroom procedures
We will show respect for others in the following ways:MRS. TREESE’S CLASSROOM PROCEDURES -
We use a variety of methods and activities during this class. In order to accomplish them without confusion we will need some guidelines.A. RESPECT:
1. Wait until recognized to talk
2. Remain seated
3. Listen when others are speaking. There will be no sarcasm or insults.
4. TheTeacher will show respect for students as well
B. DISCIPLINE:
1. If the guidelines are not followed the teacher will write students name on board2. A name on the board once during class period is a warning.
3. Each additional incident will result in a demerit.
4. We all make mistakes. Sincere apologies will be accepted.
5. Go to the bathroom and locker before class. Students may not leave class after bell rings
C. ATTENDANCE:
1. Class begins when the bell rings. If you are not in your seat your name will go on the board
2. If you are late you will receive a demerit unless you have a pass.3. Bellwork posted on the board will be done in the first 5 minutes of each class.
4. Being prepared means having all your supplies
1. Mead 5 star 1 subject spiral notebook is preferred. These have a pocket in the front for handouts. I give a lot of additional handouts. Use a specific color for History and you will always be prepared.
SUPPLY LIST 2. 2 pens 1 must be black any colors but pink, orange, and red3. Textbook
4. Bible5. Homework
Anything else assigned for the dayE. HOMEWORK:
1. All homework will be posted on the Headmaster by Monday. Students should check this daily.2. Homework is due on next day unless otherwise noted.
3. Late homework will only be accepted for absences. Sadly , if you fail to turn in homework you receive a grade of "0"for that assignment.
