The list of free and sliding scale immunization sites including contacts, hours, fees, etc. can be accessed at http://www.switchboardmiami.org/ by going to the Search our HELP pages section and typing the word “Shots” in the search bar.

Important Announcements
All fifth grade detentions are given Mon, Tues, and Thursday from 3-4 PM and Wednesday from 2-3 PM unless we have a faculty meeting.
If your child receives a detention and you are unable to pick him/her up after school, please let us know in writing. If you would like, you may choose a day that is more convenient for you.
If your child receives a detention it is because they are behaving inappropriately or missing home learning assignments. It is imperative that they take responsibility for their actions, therefore it is imperative that they serve the detention.
Healthy Celebrations at School
Parents can help schools promote a healthy learning environment by providing healthy celebrations that shift the focus from the food to the child. Send in a game or craft that the children can make. If you are sending in food, make it count with healthy choices! You can even incorporate a fun nutrition lesson by involving your child when planning and preparing the healthy snacks. Target Take Charge of Education Program
Any holder of a Target REDcard Charge Card can designate a school to receive credits each time the card is used. Target will donate 1% of the purchases made at a Target store and .5% of other Target Visa charges.
The designation can be made online at Target.com/tcoe or by calling 1-800-316-6142.
Student ID's
If your child loses their DLJ Student ID, they can get a duplicate by calling Fox-mar’s customer service @ 1-866-foxmar9 (369-6279). There will be a charge of $10.00 for the new ID.
