F.R.O.G. Binder

FROG Notebook Information

This year our class mascot name is F.R.O.G.S.  This is an acronym, which stands for Fully Responsible Organized Growing Students.  Your child will have in their possession, on a daily basis, a F.R.O.G.S. notebook.  The F.R.O.G.S. notebook is our way of staying organized at home and at school.  It is a 3-ring, 1½” – 2” binder that contains valuable information that is always at our fingertips.  Its handy sections provide a quick and easy way to organize notes from school, graded papers, homework, newsletters, lunch money, schedules, contact information, and much more.

Do’s and Don’ts of the F.R.O.G. notebook:

DO

*  Take care of your F.R.O.G.S. - it will be used all year long.

*  Take your F.R.O.G.S. home every day and bring it back to school the next morning.

*  Show your parents your F.R.O.G.S. book every night and go over any homework or returned work with

    them.

*  Put your homework back inside your F.R.O.G.S. in its designated area.

DON’T

*  Leave your F.R.O.G.S. at home, in the car, or at a friend’s house.

*  Get your F.R.O.G. S. dirty; don’t eat or drink around your F.R.O.G.

*  Put extra papers in your F.R.O.G.S.

*  Let someone borrow your F.R.O.G.S.

*  Take pages out of your F.R.O.G.S. - leave everything in your notebook (let your parents take thinks out).
