A Graduation Coach Provides...
Additional support supplementing what the teacher already provides.
A more one-on-one approach to help the student stay on track, for example: tracking grades from the teacher, keeping up with daily attendance, or just being there when they need a little extra support.
Life Skills Training to the degree needed to help them be successful in the transition period from elementary to middle or to carry them on to high school (responsibility, confidence, respectfulness, conflict management, OR in general ‘Appropriate Student Behavior’).
