Assigned Projects and the Due Dates

Documentation will be logged in planner under the spelling list each night of the week.
Skittles Project: This is an inclass prject that demonstrates what the students have learned with collecting data and then interpreting that data into various charts. We have made the books that will contain all the information. On the very last page of the cover I have glued in the requirements for this project. This project is due March 30th.
Planets project: We have been working now for the past 3 weeks on the inner and outer planet projects. Each student made a flip book to show the order of the inner planets from the sun and the order of the outer planets from the astroid belt. Many of the students have completed the project. Those that have not quite finished have been informed they are due on March 30th.
States Project: We will begin this project on April 19. Your child will have until May 4th to complete it in class. They will choose a state and will create a brochure that contains state symbols, historic events, famous people from that state, and must see attractions. Those students that have not quite finished a few days prior to this date will be allowed to continue working on it as homework so it may be completed on time.
