Say the string names and play it 4 times, say the next string name and play it 4 times. Do that with all 4 strings, then mix them up. Keep your bow straight, parallel with your bridge.
Remember to keep your instrument pointing to the side rather than pointing front.
Check how you are holding your bow.
Practice the scales G D and A.
On Thursday, start again at #2 and play slow, fast, and slow again if the sound was not clear. Play as far as you can in the amount time that you have for practice.
On Friday, play scales, open strings and then start with the exercise that you ended on, on Thursday. Again go as far as you can. Follow this pattern every day until you are comfortable with each exercise.
