Prekindergarten Flu Shots - deadline 12/31/2011
Reminder:
Flu shots are required by the State of New Jersey to be given to all prekindergarten students by December 31st, 2011 in order for the student to continue to attend school after January 1st, 2012.
The only exception to this requirement is if your child is allergic to eggs.
