Hello! My Name is Mary Katherine Higgins and I will be your child’s kindergarten teacher this year! I am originally from Bastrop and attended Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State). Go Bobcats!! This is my eighth year teaching. My husband David and I have a little boy, Camden, who will be five this April. I also have two step children who live in Leander. We have a very loveable chocolate lab named Hershey and a Beta fish named Cutie.
