These are the target areas that students are instructed on each semester: 

9th Grade Curriculum 

• Exploratory and Introduction to Automotive (3 credits)

All grade 9 students go through the Exploratory Program. Students deciding to enter the automotive field will be exposed to the basics of safety, as well as the use and care of hand tools, power tools, and stationary equipment. They will disassemble a variety of engines, and develop an understanding of the cooling and lubrication systems. Technology-related mathematics, reading, writing, vocabulary, science and blueprint reading are integrated throughout the curriculum.
