Meet Ms. Smith
With the exception of a year long stay in Virginia Beach, VA, I have resided in Biloxi my whole life. Traveling is my favorite hobby, but I am always happy to come back home to the Gulf Coast!
I graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in mild/moderate disabilities (k-12). I am also certified to teach 7-12th grade general education English. I am highly qualified in all sped subject areas grades K-12.
I currently teach 6th grade special needs inclusion and learning strategies. I have taught 6th, 7th, & 8th grades during my 9 years at BVMS. Prior to teaching in Gulfport I taught self-contained special education classes in Vancleave.
