If you are interested in starting up you own team, Playmakers has a summer indoor soccer league. Get a team together consisting of who ever you like. I will not be part of this league so the team does not have to be all FHS. If you want to keep your foot on the ball this summer, then this is a way to do it. Free Physical and Summer Practice
Free Physical
A free physical will be offered on Saturday, May 5th at Ochsner in Covington. The scheduled time for FHS is 9:00 am. Please come by Coach Ditchedorf's room to get your Physical and Parent Permission forms. Please ONLY turn in your forms on May 5th to who ever is representing FHS that day or to Coach Ditchendorf. This is the best way to ensure your paperwork is safe and filed in a timely manner. This is the only paperwork necessary for returning players for the 2012-13 school year and is good for ALL SPORTS. Physicals given before May 5 2012 will not be valid for the 2012-13 school year. Players may receive a physical from their preferred doctor. Players with out a physical will not be permitted to participate in summer practice.
Summer Practice
Summer practice will begin on Saturday, June 2 @ 9:00 am in FHS Gymnasium and end at 10:30 am. The remaining practice days are: 6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21. Attendance will be recorded, and absences will be excused for the following reasons: 1. Religious retreat/event. 2. Family vacation. 3. Prior commitments to club or ODP soccer and soccer camp for personal growth. E-mail is the best way to communicate your absences. budd.ditchendorf@stpsb.org
