Monday - Friday
Our reading story next week is "Monitgue on the High Seas."
Please send in a plastic bottle on Monday, May 5th. We will need these for a project that goes along with our story.
Please be sure your child reads his/her story at least two times.
There will be a spelling contract due on Thursday, May 8th.
We will have a spelling pretest on Wednesday, May 7th due to the 2nd grade field trip on Thursday. If your child does not score 100%, he/she will retake the test on Friday.
Each child has given me the name of the famous American that he/she will portray. I am so excited and I am anxious to see the outcome.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Remember...the students will bring their items to school that they will need to in order to dress as the famous American.
The student will memorize about 30-45 seconds of facts about his/her famous American.
